Problems with the pimples, blackheads and other blemishes caused by acne may be avoided through the following helpful tips that are mainly focused on practicing the alkaline diet.

  1. Drink lots of water. You’ll require at least 4 liters a day to maintain hydration and energy, drinking water is also an effective way to cleanse the body as it flushes out all toxins naturally and it does not have any negative side effects.
